GRant Request
all request must be submitted
60 days prior to the event for funds to be approved. Applicants to the Alpha Illinois Leadership Foundation must have provided a written request on letterhead (chapters/foundations) (1 page) answering the following:
- Name and contact information of the organization or individual.
- Name, date, and location of the program or event.
- General Overview of the Program (answering the following questions).
- Organization Background
- Program Goals and Activities
- The number of Participants
- Evaluation Plan (How is the event successful)
- Budget (sample is attached)

Please make sure to describe if the funds are being used for a 1 time event or throughout several weeks.
